The EBAD TiNi™ Cut & Release Actuator was developed for a unique subsea application where a Fiber Optic cable assembly needed to be Cut & Released, on command. This was done by using two of our P50 Pinpullers in an orthogonal fashion to minimize mounting footprint. The custom developed interface included special adapters that provided both the Cutting and Release functions.
